I went to my CNM (Certified Nurse Midwife) today for another checkup. Here are the results:
Tummy: 35 cm
Baby's head: 41 weeks
Baby's weight: 7lbs. 11 oz. . .a pound more than last week. . .and still two weeks to go.

Not much longer until the baby comes (if it hasn't already). Hope everything goes well and I can't wait to see pictures! (and you guys soon too!!)
